General Counsel will have a mix of experience preferably with both private practice and in-house experience and a desire to work in a thriving and challenging environment. The General Counsel continually advises management and the Board of Directors on legal issues and risks related to the Company's Internet operations comprised primarily of technology platforms involving adult dating, social networking and live interactive video and Entertainment operations comprised of broadcasting, magazine publishing and licensing. Responsibilities also include managing the in-house legal team to ensure Company projects and initiatives are promptly given legal review and clearance along with overseeing corporate governance matters for the Company and its Board of Directors.
