About the Role The Sr. Mgr., HR Data & Analytics is responsible for unlocking the power of data to increase CrowdStrikes ability to leverage analytics (data, information, metrics, knowledge, predictive, prescriptive) in HR related decisions making. This role will be partnering with HR Leaders & the business to leverage technology and data and integrate talent data and insights into all our decisions that support our strategy. Leveraging skills in analytics and visualization this position will be responsible for supporting the business by providing insights and informing decision making related to people and people actions. They will work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, supporting the business in understanding the value that people data can bring to the organization, improving the way that we identify, attract, develop, and retain talent. Responsibilities include:
Partner with the HR team and business leaders to understand key business questions and design analyses to answer these questions. Collaborate with the Senior HR Leadership team, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and DEI to find innovative ways to deliver meaningful metrics, trends, key insights, and analysis in clear, concise stories for various stakeholders at all levels. Identify and deliver on opportunities to support key initiatives through robust analyses and dashboards, ranging from diversity to employee engagement to talent processes. Present deliverables with emphasis on translating data and results into actionable insights and recommendations. Design and continuously improve global HR metrics, reports and dashboards which are aligned with the HR and business strategies, using benchmarking and best practices as guiding standards. Act as internal consultant for HR leadership and key organization stakeholders and apply analytical data expertise to develop and articulate strategic recommendations to address challenges. Develop methods to measure effectiveness of all people programs, uncover insights and opportunities; and build capacity within the People organization to utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making. Lead key analytics projects and initiatives (e.g. workforce planning talent assessment) as required, providing consultation, analyses, data interpretation, and overall project management. Utilize benchmarking and best practice to design and continuously improve actionable, proactive metrics and HR key performance indicators (KPI) metrics that drive forecasting capabilities and facilitate strategic insights. Partner with IT and HR Operations teams to manage automation of recurring queries and reports as well as other HR leaders. Knowledge & Experience 5 to 8 years of relevant experience working with and creating data architectures. 3
years of analytics and reporting experience supporting a corporate function 3
years of presenting and working with Senior level / Executive stakeholders. Experience working in or supporting an HR function a plus (particularly HRIS). Expansive knowledge of metrics, data and business intelligence strategies including Domo, Tableau and/or similar tools (Workday experience a plus). Strong Project Management skillset and the ability to adjust quickly to competing priorities. Strong business acumen, with proven ability in data analysis and interpretation, statistical application, and workforce modeling. Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities simultaneously; attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy; ability to thrive in dynamic, fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate analytics and analytical insights to a non-technical audience.
Salary Range:
$100K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
