About the Role CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced, highly motivated International Tax Director. The International Tax Director will be responsible for managing the international tax area. The Director will be involved in planning based on new US and international tax laws, structure implementation, and providing support to business partners on new business initiatives. This position will be based in Sunnyvale, California and report to Senior Director, International Tax. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Keep current on developments in global tax that may affect our business, including monitoring, researching, and analyzing the effects of US and international legislation Responsible for implementing global tax planning strategies including technical analysis, and ownership of implementation workplan Partner with business functions to advise on tax aspects of new business initiatives Provide technical support to modeling implications of tax initiatives and proposed tax law changes Manage the company's transfer pricing policy and intercompany arrangements Provide strategic support on tax examinations and inquiries by IRS and foreign tax authorities Manage the international tax portion of US tax returns, including reviewing US international tax calculations such as GILTI, FDII, subpart F, FTC etc. What You'll Need Bachelors degree and JD, LLM or MST Minimum 15 years of public accounting and corporate tax department experience with a global, multi-billion dollar company Experience with planning related to recent US tax reform (TCJA), including analyzing BEAT, FDII, GILTI, foreign tax credit related tax issues, international IP structure, IP valuation, withholding tax, PE, and transfer pricing Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects on a timely basis Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of management and cross functional teams Willing and able to manage and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach Willing and able to perform tasks at all levels, from detailed preparation to high level review Independent and self-driven with the ability to find solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Growth mindset and willingness to embrace change #LI-JP1 #LI-MJ1 Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:

Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
TaxEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
