Responsibilities:
Sales operation management - Oversee daily operation tasks and support team members. Review and authorize all purchase orders, Invoices, and quote entories in ERP system. Actively communicate with related parties (other departments within the company, customers, sales reps, other sales offices and headquarters) in the ordinal course of operation and for escalation matters. Review workflow and improve problem area. Create notes and manuals for new/changes in procedure. Management of master data in the system or on manual files such as customers, product type, price, and commissions. Reporting and forms:
Weekly and monthly updates. Create & modify reporting templates and updates the reports. Reporting areas:
Booking, revenue, inventory (aging), order backlong (aging), etc. Update production forecast based on the customer forecast on a weekly basis. Management of sample preparation; Data entry, order placement, track the schedule & delivery supports. Administration job:
Office related, preparation for the exhibition. Maximize sales revenue and minimize month end inventory by in & out bound shipments. Key Performance Indicators All assignments within industry or specialist area are successfully delivered. Delivery of impeccable service to customers and internally. Business unit satisfaction.
