Project Manager 4
Juniper Networks is looking for a Project Manager to join forces with the Apstra Team. As a member of the team, you will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, HR/Recruiting and the Executive Staff. The Program Manager will be unafraid and will welcome sophisticated problems to showcase solutions to leadership. Apstra technology is deployed in Fortune 50 companies across the globe. Responsibilities Handle and lead operations initiatives to deliver results within budget and time frame. Partner with team members to collaborate and capture requirements based on standard methodologies. Build agendas, facilitate meetings, list actions, and have follow-through with key team members to drive the delivery of their actions. Track & document business process, new and existing data models, solutions, and implementations. Gain a deep understanding of Apstra's culture & philosophies to support the team with initiatives. Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication. Project Plan and Success metrics (Scope, Cost, Timeline / Milestones, Resource, Project Budget). Working 1:
1 with Operations, Recruiting, Engineering & Executive Team with internal projects, equipment order placement, tracking and follow-up, dealing with invoices and finance groups, and assisting with project management and coordination for a couple of key projects that require coordination and management. Driving delivery and execution within SOW parameters. Own all project exception, issues, and conflict resolutions. Ambassador/lead of the Apstra Employee Experience Program (Onboarding and Off-boarding). Manage the Onboarding process for all new candidates joining the Juniper Apstra Team. Partner with HR with all new hire deliverables to have a successful New Employee Experience. Partner with Sourcing / Recruiting on G&A, Engineer & Product roles. Minimum qualifications 5 years of experience in HR, Program Management, Administration and/or equivalent experience Excellent verbal and communication, networking, and presentations skills. High attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Benefits We offer competitive pay range compared to our peers in the industry.
