IT Functional Analyst, Staff
About the Position:
GTM IT Functional Analyst will support Sales/CPQ Application and Projects Responsibilities Supports GTM Sales configure, price, quote system and processes across Oracle CPQ, SFDC and SAP platforms Works with business and IT teams across geographies to lead solution design and implementation for enterprise initiatives, system improvements and new business requirements. Works with colleagues, support teams and business users to investigate operational requirements and problems Documents work using the required standards, methods and tools Ensures functional quality of delivered application capabilities Requirements gathering, Business Process Mapping and Fit gap analysis Writing functional/technical specification documents Support resolution of system and process issues occurring in the production environment Uses analytic skills to resolve issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurrence Takes part in user meetings and assists in presenting issues and solutions Supports colleagues and users in defining acceptance tests for automated systems. Qualifications:

years of related experience with Enterprise IT Solutions Implementation and supporting critical Sales applications/systems Deep implementation experience in Oracle CPQ/Big Machines involving complex configuration/pricing requirements, Salesforce Sales Cloud and integrations. Experience with SAP CRM/ECC, Oracle Subscription Management, OIC or Webmethods is a plus Sound understanding of Sales business processes e.g. Lead/Opportunity Management, CPQ, Channel Management and Order Management Good understanding of Customer Master Data Management and Data Governance Experience with design/implementing integrations across Oracle CPQ, SFDC, SAP CRM Communicate effectively with business and technical teams and ability to persuasively align business / IT partners around ideas/solutions Experience working in an onshore and offshore model Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work on assignments independently and in a team setting BS in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent required Other Information:

$150K -- $200K
