Responsibilities:
Lead a team of signal integrity engineers to deliver on world-class leading edge products This involves managing, hiring and training junior and senior employees in Signal Integrity Simulation and measurement at the chip, board, and subsystem/system levels Planning across multiple projects, working with engineers to identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, help create signal integrity infrastructure Required
Qualifications:
Must have 10
years of management experience in a HW technical field with Signal Integrity/high-speed SerDes experience highly desired Excellent Managerial, Technical, Organizational and Communication skills Demonstrated management acumen, being able to lead and adapt to changing requirements across multiple projects As Juniper is a US Federal Contractor, proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination is required for all U.S. employees. Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+

Hardware DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
