What will you help us create? The Role:
The Reverse Logistics (RL) Quality and Sustaining Engineering Program Manager is responsible to ensure the quality of Amazon devices and processes are guided by best practices and continuously improve the customer experience; as well as support Sustaining Engineering activities as it relates to Reverse Logistic Screening, Repair and Return Center Operational excellence.
Quality and Sustaining Engineering Program Manager own the business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including establishing aggressive organizational goals, reporting to leadership, and leading cross-functional teams focused on improvement.
You will also engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff and supplier base to develop and deliver innovative consumer products and offerings.
You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
In addition, the Quality and Sustaining Engineering Program Manager will drive product launch readiness.
We ensure successful fulfillment for product launches and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the job.

You must be able to deal with ambiguity and influence at all levels of the company.
In this role, you will:
Understand customer returns and services features and processes in detail to be able to assess risk and build processes that prevent negative customer experiences due to process risksManage and deliver results on complex projects involving teams across the companyWork with internal and external stakeholders to gather, develop and manage business requirementsUnderstand current system capabilities and limitationsProblem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systemsCoordinate with cross functional teams to deliver product launch requirementsLead cross-functional teams for continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions responseIdentify opportunities and drive continuous improvementGenerate technical documentation to communicate service strategies to RL business partnersWork directly with global engineering teams and 3rd party partners to build returns service solutionsEstablish standards and best practices for bringing NPI and Sustaining products to market for warranty, service and repair support.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
