We seek a full-time Customer Service/Order Processing Representative.
Our office is in Sunnyvale, CA.

Primary
Responsibilities:
Process incoming orders and shipments Answer incoming emails and calls from customers/vendors/brokers Issue orders and instructions to freight companies and warehouses Process customer accounts and manage daily shipments Follow up pickup schedule with customer/carrier if there is missed pick-up order Close out customer orders in inventory software Assisting customers and resolving shipment issues and complaints Pack samples for customers including requested documentation Maintain and organize both digital and paper files Significant data entry, excellent proof-reading skills and attention to detail required Work closely with shipping, purchasing and accounting dept.
May be assigned additional tasks based on companies needs
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must Meticulous attention to detail.
Accuracy is critical! Ability to understand Mandarin is a plus, but not required Sufficient ingenuity and flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and solve unexpected issues Proficient in Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, and Outlook, and Internet savvy Bachelor's degree or equivalent Able to multi-task.
Must maintain composure in a fast-paced, time sensitive, environment Ours is a small, nominally staffed office.
Everyone is inventive.
All are proven self-starters.
Must be punctual and dependable Able to absorb things quickly, organize and competently manage primary responsibilities, ask pertinent questions and achieve good results without constant supervision / instruction Working hours - Full Time:
