The Sales Associate helps to deliver a great customer experience and increases a business's revenue.
It is a front-facing role that requires excellent communication and customer relations skills, and the ability to handle tense situations.
We create rapport with customers, explain the use and benefits of products and services, and assist them in making the right purchasing choices.
Position:
Full Time Schedule:
5 days a week, weekend required, 9am - 5:
30pm Location:
Sunnyvale Duties / Tasks Inside sales, handle phone calls and deliver customer service.
Contribute to the sales goals of the store.
Demonstrate and Maintain products in store.
Prepare and confirm installation schedules.
Maintain social media contents and customer service (WeChat, Facebook, and Instagram etc.
) Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Desired Skills and Assets Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in MS Office.
