Amazon Corporate Security's (ACS) Prototype Security team is searching for a Beta Security Manager who is able to develop, implement and lead security projects and programs to support Amazon's prototype device trials teams.
This position will provide IP Protection strategic guidance to teams that conduct pre-release consumer electronic device beta testing.

In this position, the Prototype Security Beta Security Manager will have regular engagement with testing program teams to create and foster an engagement model to minimize disclosure and ensure confidentiality of prototype devices.
To be successful in this position, the Prototype Security Beta Security Manager must have the ability to learn Amazon's prototype testing process and build strong relationships with key business teams, develop and innovate solutions to enable automation of manual data entry processes, and have a solid understanding of data collection methods and metrics analysis to leverage data collected to inform programmatic needs and policy direction.
This position will report to the Prototype Security IP Protection Sr.
Manager.
Key job responsibilitieso Manage a team that performs Beta trial risk evaluations to provide program stakeholders with an IP Protection executive summary highlighting overall risks and threats to the beta test being conducted.
o Facilitate discussion and implementation of security strategy among project stakeholders across the stakeholder groups.
o Communicate, internally and externally, Prototype Security guidance and ensure that guidance is properly implemented.
o Serve as the primary Prototype Security point of contact for testing teams that support specific product lines.
o Serve as the primary Prototype Security partner to prototype distribution ops teams.
o Serve as the subject matter security expert to internal business stakeholders on IP Protection, confidentiality, and prototype testing stages of product development.
o Work cross functionally with peers in Legal, Hardware, Supply Chain Ops, Trade & Compliance, EHS, and Security to establish scalable Prototype Security standards.
o Represent Prototype Security and provide IP risk guidance in critical business review, core team, and all hands meetings.
o Work collaboratively with team members to determine strategic direction for the larger Prototype Security team.
o Conduct site security audits at 3rd party partner sites (as assigned), key distribution or supply chain partners and tracking to closure of any associated action itemso Respond to crisis, emergency and/or disaster recovery issues that have impact on prototype development.
o Support Business Continuity planning and process implementation for product teams and Prototype Security teamo Develop and implement security contract language to enhance and support the security of Amazon's IP and device testing development.
o Assist in the development of Prototype Security awareness materials to include online training modules, and be willing to deploy and conduct in person training sessions, employee outreach events, educational posters and handout materialo Actively evaluate, analyze, and use metrics collected to proactively inform programmatic needs and policy decisionso Assist in the development, drafting and publication of policies and standards related to the global prototype security programWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
