Job Recruiting Coordinator 6 months Remote Pay $30 - $35/hr About the We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team.
The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with administrative duties related to scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and communicating with candidates and internal interview teams.
Coordinate phone and onsite interview schedules Book travel and hotel arrangements - Update and maintain the applicant tracking system - Reserve interview meeting rooms Meet and greet candidates and facilitate interview Create and disseminate interview packets Assist with other duties and special Human Resources projects as assigned Education A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a Talent Acquisition environment Preference given to candidates with a 4-year degree Required Demonstrated proficiency in scheduling multi-participant meetings across multiple time zones Business experience using a Mac Expert-level business experience using MS Outlook - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to established deadlines Ability to work independently and efficiently with superior attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills Professional demeanor and conduct - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment Creative and flexible in solving scheduling conflicts Recommended Skills Administration Applicant Tracking Systems Attention To Detail Communication Creativity Human Resources Apply to this job.
