Lead Facilities Technician (Full-time) Locations:

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manualsCompensation:
