AI Research Scientist - LLM
Job Description Conduct research on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Model (LLM) and Foundation Models to address academic and industrial challenges in AI fields.
Work with an international team of experts to transfer and apply the Bosch in-house AI innovations and 3rd-party AI solutions to Bosch products and services of AI agents, information retrieval, question answering, software engineering assistance, information extraction, etc.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications Ph.
D.
in computer science or engineering 3
years of research experience in natural language processing, machine learning, and related fields 3
years of research experiences on large language models, including training, fine-tuning, and prompting.
Preferred Qualifications Publication record in top NLP / AI venues (e.
g.
, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, TACL, AAAI, NIPS etc.

base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000 - $165,000.
Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
