Operations Program Manager, Global Operations Devices, Services & Systems
The Sustaining Operations group is looking for an individual who wants to work on a business that is growing at a rapid pace.

We ensure successful fulfillment for product launches and sustaining support.
We grow the capabilities of our current systems to meet our needs, and drive continuous improvement for the company.
As Operations Program Manager you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design and develop innovative consumer products.
You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.
Key job responsibilities- Deliver results on low to medium complexity projects involving cross functional teams to operationalize Compliance Regulations throughout the supply chain- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements and product definition- Contribute to and influence program strategies for compliance, cost, quality, and availability- Understand current system capabilities and limitations- Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems- Coordinate with cross functional teams to manage post ramp changes through qualification- Drive continuous improvement- Integrate strong and clear analysis and business rationale into sound decision making- Work with cross functional IT teams to further automate key processes- This role may require some travelAbout the teamGlobal Operations Devices, Services & Systems takes the Product line responsibility during the Mass Production phase on behalf of the Operations and Supply Chain organization.

We are the Single Threaded Owners (STOs) for Internationalization, we act as leaders during issues in the product or supply chain affecting our deliverables.
We implement necessary initiatives or changes to support larger business goals.
Our Operations team consist of Operations Program Managers, Material Program Managers and Business Intelligence engineers.
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Sunnyvale, CA, USA.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
