Alternating between Palo Alto, Sunnyvale, and Los Gatos
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, dietetics/nutrition/pharmacy
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing or registered dietician experience
- Valid license based on location of practice as a Dietitian (must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration), or Registered Nurse, or Registered Pharmacist
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
- Must have knowledge on setting up and receiving approval for diabetic supplies including diabetic pumps and dietary needs for diabetic patients
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum of 2 years of direct diabetic experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of diabetes diagnosis teaching
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience specifically dealing with diabetes
Preferred:
- EPIC experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
