Compliance Engineer
Key
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Clear and effective communication of HW Compliance goals and findings with cross functional team and leadership.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and crossfunctional teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve compliance plans.
- Direct, review and approve product designs and changes that impact compliance.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast paced environment
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of consumer electronics products.
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, Suite, etc.
Qualifications:
- Good com skills will present in cross functional meetings. AT times will be representative to other meetings

Sunnyvale, CA.
Salary Range:
The annual Hourly rate for this position is between $40.00-50.00 per hour . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
