Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
5 years of experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence and language models.
Preferred
Qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Experience executing product launch and/or go-to-market processes and launch execution.
Experience in Google Cloud or other cloud technologies and launches.
Familiarity with AI/ML and differentiation of AI model building versus traditional software builds.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000

Responsibilities Manage work streams including requirements gathering and risk assessment.
Work closely with researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and capabilities across various workstreams.
Identify and solve cross-functional and inter-team issues quickly.
Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high-complexity and scope.
Exercise acumen and develop recommendations that translate into a course of action.
Design and implement build and operational processes that help the teams/organization scale.
