This is a Full time position based in Sunnyvale, CA. - Do you have experience writing 1.0 products from scratch? - Are you passionate about frontier developments in Big Data? - Have you worked with Hadoop, HBase, HDFS, Cassandra or other NoSQL platforms? If you answered yes to at least 2 of the above, we would like to talk with you. REQUIREMENTS: - 5 - 20 years experience in developing applications as a full-stack engineer. - Minimum 6 years JAVA programming - expertise in Back End with full stack experience. - Strong Java skills: Core Java, Java EE, JSP/Servlet/JMS/EJB/MDB, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, Java Concurrency/Multi-threading - Working experience in the area of TCP/IP Client Server frameworks and networking protocols. - Demonstrated work on Back End applications and projects ( not Microsoft - not a windows environment). - Good English communication and presentation skills are a must - Work onsite, not remote telecommute DESIRED:- Data Analytics - experience in algorithmic modelling, data mining and/or Machine Learning. - Hadoop, HDFS, or HBase experience. - Experience in agile methodologies for Big data analytics, data warehousing and end to end web-based applications.
