Responsible to support software development, integration and release, life cycle automation, and configuration management for the global Synopsys R&D teams. Develops tools and scripts for configuration management, process automation, and dynamic web pages.
Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Expected to analyze project areas, refine problem descriptions, and develop novel technical solutions. Designs and implements sophisticated scripts to solve complex problems. Must have outstanding multitasking, teamwork, communication skills, and be able to drive projects to completion.
Requirements:
BS in CS/CE with 7
years or MS with 5
years of relevant experience in Software Configuration Management, Software Integration, Build and Release.
Strong experiences in release management processes
Source Code Revision: Perforce, ClearCase, etc.
Main platforms: Windows, Linux
Experience in building for C, C+
language
Build tool/Compiler: gmake, gcc, MS Build, Jenkins
Automation experiences in scripting language: UNIX shell scripts, Perl, Python, CGI, HTML
Load balancing: LSF, UGE
Quality Tools: Purify, Purecov, Coverity
Others: Code CollaboratorEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
