This position is for an IP licensing/transactional attorney who will negotiate and draft intellectual property licenses and contracts as well as provide product support for a business unit. In addition, the individual selected for this position will be working with the Corporate Development team to provide IP support for M&A activities. This position requires the attorney to work with various members of the Legal team and well as the Business Unit to prepare and negotiate licensing program agreements, amendments and revisions to licensing agreements, and explain license agreements to the business unit.
