DevOps Software Engineer I

Maintain and refine operating system installation; configure automation processes;
operate on networking (switching and routing), virtualization, and SDN technologies (Openflow, Openstack, VMware and AWS); configure NIX based app (Apache, Tomcat, nginx, PostgreSQL, Nagios, Graphite, and Splunk); develop internal tools to create unifying data-center operations solution for customers; perform custom integrations for cloud deployments; develop solutions using best-of-breed configuration automation tools to integrate with 3rd party and open source virtualization solutions; use Perl, C++, JavaScript, PHP and Bash development tools; use Git and other code maintenance tools; design, configure, emulate, and debug networks and networking devices using C++, Perl; identify and recommend new technologies, both proprietary and open source that will further benefit company systems and network operations.
Job Requirements:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, plus 1 year experience to include networking (switching and routing), and the design, configuration, emulation, and debugging of networks and networking devices using C+
and Perl.
