The Network Engineer will be required to provide reports directly to the Manager of Advanced Services and post sales support of the company products. The incumbent will have to generate and maintain expertise regarding the products that are deployed or will be deployed within the Client's network.
Basic Network Engineer position activities include:
- Analyzing device and network configurations.
- Handle problems regarding the network's architecture and design issues.
- Providing help with identifying and building solutions.
- Testing functionality and features of the product.
- Giving deployment guidance in order to ensure all the implementations are consistent with the specifications of the design.
- Applying the best practices of the industry directly to the planning, design and implementation of the network.
- Providing competent workshops for the engineering staff.
- Estimate technical specifications for interoperability.
Essential responsibilities for this role:
- Run design and information gathering workshops with the clients in order to get fully aware of the client's existing network design and new network designs' technical requirements.
- Handle network and equipment problems.
- Raise RMA's (Return Material Authorizations) equipment in order to track these issue to find the right problem resolution.
- Compose summary report on the network problems, the Design projects status and equipment.
- Understand Customer s organizational structure and network implementation and support processes in order to assist with network designing.
- Coach the Customer s implementation, design and support staff to operate the company Products.
- Support ongoing efforts while defining the best practice policies for the company product applications used by Customer.
- Hold technology workshops to provide case status updates and discuss the network and equipment problems.
- Collaborate with the other employees, who also perform the same Resident Engineering roles.
Requirement
The MUST have qualifications of the Network Engineer position:
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Efficiency in JUNOS CLI.
- Broad presentation and interface skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a friendly team environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and under the time pressure.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
