Requirements:
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience selling to and working with the
SMB market
Strategic thinker, experience in strategic business planning and
execution
A coach/player, lead by example, motivated individual
Ability to play a critical leadership role on the executive
team
Deep understanding of sales process, tools, and analytics
Familiarity with on-line advertising & registration programs
Experience in building a team and delivering excellence
Experience and interest in childrens' programs a big plus
Compensation package:
OTE $200K plus equity stake, full benefits
packageEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
