Office Manager Administrative Assistant


Seeking to fill office manager/administrative assistant for residential construction company located in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate will need to have the following skills:
Communicate effectively with customers, vendors and staff.
Proficient with MS Office, strong excel spreadsheet skills.
Manage business activities: Bid preparation, employee reports, phone skills
Marketing and business development skills
Be well organized, and have the ability to follow direction and make suggestions- team player.
Be flexible and able to shift gears as new priorities arise.
Able to work independently, productively and manage time well.
Knowledge of construction business a plus, but not required
Compensation depends on experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
