Inside Sales Engineer

Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. is looking for a Inside Sales Engineer (ISE). The ISE is a sales role, the technical half of our sales efforts. The ISE will be responsible for answering pre-sales technical questions, delivering Arctic Wolf's Solution demos and providing the rest of the company with feedback regarding our solution and how we can the product can be improved.
The ISE will have a understanding of Enterprise IT Security, including: firewalls, intrusion detection, antivirus, content filtering, and proxies. The ISE should be able to discuss Enterprise Security architectures and deployment scenarios with our prospects to determine if our solution will work in their environment.
ISE's should have good presentation and speaking skills and easily interact with a variety of different people and personalities. Success in this role does not depend on only technical and sales expertise. An ability to communicate, educate, and share information with non-technical people is essential.
Arctic Wolf Networks is a start-up and all ISE candidates should expect to be working with all parts of Arctic Wolf Networks, including engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and executive management. A positive can-do attitude is a must. A willingness to learn and try new things is critical. An ability to deal with uncertainty is a positive.
There are no specific degree or certification requirements but degrees in engineering or technology are a plus. Any security or IT certification such as CISSP is also positive.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
