As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll enjoy a variety of daily challenges. From managing bank operations to implementing sales and service programs, you'll be called on to share your expertise with members and Provident personnel. Because the success of your branch is at the top of your list, you'll ensure that all staff have up-to-date training that continues our tradition of excellent customer service.

Job duties

Excel at sales, service and revenue goals
Generate sales in assets and liabilities
Keep your branch's operations running smoothly
Share your knowledge and skills with your team
Minimize your branch's risk exposure
Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
Motivate and retain staff

Job requirements

College degree or equivalent financial services work experience
At least one year of management and/or supervisory experience
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and fundamental computer skills
Notary license or the ability to obtain a Notary license within 90 days of hire date
Excellent written communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
