Provision and deploy new POPs, Edge and Core Datacenter networks. Perform capacity planning. Troubleshoot network performance issues. Evaluate new routing and optical platforms. Troubleshoot and implement DWDM platforms. Work with vendors to rectify faulty hardware and software. Participate in on-call rotation, understanding the close ties with engineering and operations. Contribute to and implement scaling backbone and edge architectures.
Employer will accept Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a network engineering-related occupation.
