Design, develop and integrate cutting-edge software technologies. Work on advanced machine learning and information-retrieval algorithms, build statistical models, develop massive scalability infrastructure and storage solutions, and large-scale applications for users on web and mobile devices. Build sophisticated, distributed, intelligent algorithms and platform capable of serving billions of page views, scaling up to more than 360 million LinkedIn members, and supporting revenue lines of several hundred million dollars each. Utilize experience in Artificial Intelligence, Statistical Machine Learning, Data Mining and Information Retrieval to create smart automatic recommendation and ranking algorithms. Build APIs and user-centric online applications, scaling performance and 24x7 reliability. Build client web components (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, YUI/JQuery) and server-side presentation tier in Java, Scala and Play Framework. Involved with multi-threading, concurrency, caching, and parallel processing technologies. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
