Failure Analysis Engineer

We are looking for a Failure Analysis Engineering to join our team leading all aspects of product quality for a range of electrical/optical product lines throughout the life cycle of the product. You will greatly influence quality across the company through interactions with internal engineering groups and internal cross-functional teams.
Your Key Responsibilities Would Include:
Work with the failure analysis engineering team in root cause analysis/debug efforts regarding field returns in a timely manner.
Work on the development of failure analysis reports and/or presentations for management and external customer.
Coordinate failure analysis activities to identify root cause of customer reported issues.
Oversee detailed data analysis methods to correlate customer failures with internal production data to help understand root cause, risk, and exposure.
Continually enhance processes and methods for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to address any quality issues
Recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures
Education & Experience Necessary For Success:
BS in Engineering or other related engineering field with minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience
Excellent interpersonal, customer communication, presentation, and structured problem solving skills
Strong understanding of failure analysis engineering requirements
Demonstrated analytical skills using data driven approaches to solve quality and reliability issues
Experience working with global cross-functional teams

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
