Finance Analyst Associate (early career)
Job Description :
In this position, the selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the THAAD Finance & Business Operations team in executing the monthly business rhythm by supporting the development of weekly and monthly performance metrics, reports, presentations, and other ad-hoc cost and performance analyses.
Performs multiple financial cost analyses functions, including cost allocation, setting up cost control systems, collecting data, controlling costs and preparing reports that maintain the company's cost accounting system. Ensures that costs are allocated according to established procedures.
Support program leadership to drive and hold organization accountable to schedule and contractual commitments
Communicate work project anomalies with the team and provide recommended task specific solutions
Collaborate with team to develop solutions to schedule execution challenges
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Systems (IS) or other related field from an accredited college/university.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
Desired skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Working experience with Microsoft Excel, VBA, Macro development.
Experience with Deltek Cobra.
