Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Experience required:
To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. To qualify, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level NH-02. Specialized experience is defined as:
Experience in DoD Contract Administration, Acquisition Management, and/or Program Management to ensure application of, and execution in accordance with contract terms and conditions, applicable federal regulations, and agency policies; experience providing technical assistance, guidance, and policy interpretation to team personnel; identify and provide surveillance requirements on manufacturing and production systems; experience in delivery management principles and techniques in order to plan, direct, supervise and/or conduct analysis and investigations of schedule trends or conditions affecting contracts and delegations. Education cannot be substituted for experience. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
