Corporate Counsel, Devices Legal
Amazon's Lab126 legal team is looking for a talented attorney to work closely with its operations and engineering business teams, and to serve as counsel supporting the development, worldwide manufacturing and distribution of its hardware devices.
This role also will involve some product and services counseling.
Principal duties include provision of ongoing legal counseling (including product/service counseling) and structuring, drafting, and negotiating licensing and other commercial agreements.
Some travel, international and domestic, may be required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
