Corporate Counsel, Devices Legal
Amazon's Lab126 legal team is looking for a talented attorney with intellectual property experience to join its Hardware/Software Development Legal Team.
The attorney will work closely with engineering and business teams, providing legal advice and guidance in connection with the design, development, manufacture, and commercialization of innovative consumer products.
Principal duties include advising internal clients on legal issues relating to developing hardware and software, with a particular focus on technology architectures used across our product portfolio; analyzing, structuring, drafting, and negotiating technology development, licensing, and other commercial agreements; supporting engagements with academic institutions; and providing ongoing legal counseling in the areas of intellectual property, technology, and licensing.
Some travel, domestic and international, may be required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
