We are looking for a talented attorney with a background in FDA regulated products or compliance, to provide dedicated commercial and product legal support for an exciting new project.
You will work directly with the business as lead counsel to develop, market, and distribute cutting-edge products and services, with duties including:
advising on regulatory and compliance matters, privacy, intellectual property, marketing, and go-to-market strategy; structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements; and providing day-to-day input on business and strategy.
You will develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways, and you will build processes that address risk and allow the business to move quickly.
The successful candidate will be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard and being continually challenged, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
