Associate Contract Manager, Lab126

Amazon's Lab126 legal team is looking for a smart and motivated Associate Contracts Manager to provide contracts management assistance to the Legal group.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; draft and negotiate agreements based on provided fallbacks; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups.
The candidate will also be client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills, and have the ability to easily switch gears.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, is essential.
Responsibilities include:
Drafting and negotiating agreements based on provided feedback Coordinating agreement approvals and execution Tracking documents, maintaining status reports, word processing, and performing general office tasks (such as meeting coordination, organizing of travel arrangements, and creating and submitting expense reports) Providing individual and group client trainings on contract initiation and execution Initiating and assisting clients and legal teams in simplification efforts Coordinating other legal and administrative matters with the business groups.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
