Lab126 legal is hiring a Contract Manager to support its rapidly growing Devices business.
Your responsibilities will include leading contract negotiations as well as drafting contracts, overseeing a contracts database, and acting as a point of contact to cross-functional teams and outside counsel to launch and market digital products and devices successfully.
You will work closely with operations and supply chain business clients, and support the worldwide manufacturing and distribution of hardware devices.
The position will require negotiation and documentation of a variety of third party contractual relationships, including services and purchase agreements, amendments, work orders, statements of work; developing mechanisms to track transactions and to help clients address legal issues at scale as the business continues to innovate at breakneck speeds; and coordinating with clients and outside counsel.
The position may require negotiating with companies headquartered in various locations worldwide including East and Southeast Asia.
You must have excellent written and oral communication skills as this position involves direct contact with key business owners, stakeholders, and external parties.
Flexibility, sharp organizational and process-oriented skills, and a self-starting work ethic are desired.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups.
The candidate will also be client-service oriented, have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines, have great organization skills, and have the ability to easily switch gears.
A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company, is essential.
Responsibilities include:
Drafting and negotiating agreements based on provided feedback Coordinating agreement approvals and execution Tracking documents, maintaining status reports, word processing, and performing general office tasks (such as meeting coordination, organizing of travel arrangements, and creating and submitting expense reports) Providing individual and group client trainings on contract initiation and execution Initiating and assisting clients and legal teams in simplification efforts Coordinating other legal and administrative matters with the business groupsThis position is based in Sunnyvale, CA and in-person work will be required for at least three days a week after our offices fully re-open and any domestic relocation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
