Key job responsibilitieso Triage & resolve the issues using dashboards & Toolso Drive root cause analysis of repeated issueso Automate the solution for the repeated issueso Develop tools to aid operations and maintenanceo Update knowledge book with new issues to be referenced in futureo Review processes and look for optimizations and improvementso Timely and frequent communication impact/status on active incidents in line with SLAo Responsible for proactive detection of service impacting performance faults through monitoring, alerts, etc.
o On-call duties as requiredA day in the lifeAs a Support Engineer, you will partner with QAE, SDEs and product owners to build testing tools and scripts for software testing that contribute to Alexa developer experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
